CONVENTION 2010, SALT LAKE CITY!

We need to start collecting the details for Convention attendees. We need the help of our leaders in working with your groups in confirming who is attending.

Please note the following details:

We need:

  1. Names of attendees (if spouses are coming we need to know).
  2. Flight times and details so we can arrange transport arrangements.
  3. Numbers of people per hotel room (some people like to share to cover costs – if people in your group are doing this, please let us know so we can book the right number of rooms).
  4. Names and numbers of people that wish to attend the tour of the Idaho Falls Offices.
  5. Names of people that wish to attend the Gala Dinner.
